Ana is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing. Ana's major area of research and consulting is in Marketing Information Systems. She is particularly interested in the technical, organisational and cognitive challenges of identifying and managing undesirable customers – from fraudulent complaints to terrorism financing.
Ana joined Oxford Brookes University in 2010 from Henley Business School, where she taught on the MBA programme, led the Strategic Marketing module and taught Competitive Intelligence and Customer Relationship Management. Prior to that, she worked at the London School of Economics, where she taught on both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and was awarded a teaching prize.
